Silicone rubber is more resistant to cold and heat than plastic, and its characteristics remain unchanged between minus 70 degrees Celsius and minus 250 degrees Celsius. 1. Neoprene, referred to as CR.

By chloroprene polymerization. Has good comprehensive functions, oil resistance, flame resistance, oxidation resistance and ozone resistance. However, its density is large, it is easy to crystallize and harden at room temperature, and it has poor storage and poor cold resistance.

2. Nitrile rubber, referred to as NBR.

It is prepared by copolymerizing butadiene and acrylonitrile. It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance and water resistance, air tightness and good bonding function, and has suitable abrasion resistance. The general use temperature is about -40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃ It can be used for a long time in air at 120 ℃ or in oil at 150 ℃.

It is easy to use metal molds to form hydraulic seals in arbitrary shapes, so NBR is suitable for making hydraulic cylinder seals with a working pressure of not more than 32Mpa. Specially formulated formula, easy-to-press oil: abrasion-resistant, can accept the speed of the mechanical car's axis below 3000 rpm (at this time, the rubber hardness is 70 °)

3. Polyurethane rubber

A composition rubber with high tensile strength and high resistance. It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance and abrasion resistance. The general use temperature is -40 ° C to + 80 ° C. Polyurethane rubber is sealed at room temperature The function is superior to Ding Qing rubber, which is especially suitable for making seals for medium pressure, high pressure and ultra high pressure hydraulic cylinders.

4. Polysulfide rubber.

It is formed by polycondensation of dihaloalkane and polysulfide of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal. It has excellent oil and solvent resistance, but its strength is not high, its aging resistance and processability are not good, it has an odor, and it is often used in combination with nitrile rubber.
