The deformation of the PTFE bellows through the components of the bellows relieves the pressure on the transport medium in the pipeline, and the expansion of the pipeline caused by the heat generated during the transportation, which will affect the service life of the PTFE bellows. As one of the measuring elements, PTFE bellows are widely used in instruments, which can convert pressure into displacement or force, and play an important role in measuring instruments. The allowable tightening displacement of the PTFE bellows when it is working in a tightened state is larger than the promised tensile displacement when it is working in a stretched state. Under normal circumstances, the bellows of the same material and the same standard have a promised tightening. The displacement is 1.5 times the agreed tensile displacement.

In actual use, the PTFE corrugated pipe often shows some troubles caused by the operator's improper operation, which causes the construction to run abnormally, which really causes a headache for the merchant. Cause Analysis:

With regard to the deformation of the component's near-outer surface pipes, fencing can be performed to form holes from scratch. With regard to deep pipeline deformation, the designer must be consulted for the gouge. If it cannot be repaired, consult with the designer to enable the backup bundle.
